When my heat pump stopped working before Christmas, I called out the HVAC company that installed it 10 years ago from EDHills. After inspection from that company, I received a quote for over $6000 in repairs, parts & labor. The technician that came out gave me a cockamamie story about PG&E over voltage causing the electrical failure. Roy Bradshaw to the rescue! When I told Roy my HVAC predicament, he sent out his team to investigate my problems. They were prompt, professional and courteous upon arrival. About 1 1/2 hours later for some diagnostics and burnt wiring repairs, I turned on the heat pump, and walla, I had heat again. 5 weeks later, still working like a charm.
