Bramlett Electric Inc

I would not recommend Bramlett Electric for any electrical work. We had them install a 22kw generac generator on our home. The first time the power went out during a hurricane the generator worked for 20 minutes and then cut off. Bramlett was called, and he sent an employee out to fix the generator. The employee couldn’t figure out how to fix it. He then told us we needed to call someone else because they install generators but really don’t work on them. Bramlett Electric should not be allowed to install any generators. We found out our generator was improperly installed and had to have it fixed by another company. Calls to the owner time and time again were unanswered which is completely unprofessional when a client has spent over $12,000 with your company. We should have known they were

I did finally get the owner to call me and schedule. They came out promptly and did the work, they also came out and corrected an issue. I had a lot more for them on new projects, but you can never really get him to answer / return calls or texts. SEEMS they don't really want to work. That is too bad, I actually liked the owner in person.

Called on 8/20/20 and spoke with receptionist, said she would talk to the owner to schedule an appointment. Called a few days later and was told the same thing. Called back on 10/8/20 spoke with the same lady and she looked at her notes and acknowledge our prior conversation, told me that she would speak with the owner on 10/9/20 @ 10am when he got to the office. On 10/9/20 I called the office a few times starting @ 1:52pm and no answer. Decided to call the owner on his personal number that is on the answering machine and explained the situation, he was very rude and acted like I was bothering him which in fact it was his companies lack of professionalism that made me call him directly. They may be good at electrical work but most definitely not at customer service. I hate to leave a negat

Great work and great to work with. I have been using Bramlett Electric for many years now and they have always provided quality work, been extremely responsive, and have been a great source of knowledge on all things in the electrical scope.
