I really can’t say enough good things about this company. They’re competitively priced, always nice to deal with and they care. I’ve been a customer of theirs for ten years now. I can’t tell you the number of times I was clumsy and forgot to check the level on my tank in the middle of winter. One call to them and they’re usually there to fill the tank earlier than they said they would be!

Charged for 150 gallons. Only delivered 100. Charged $554.85 for an ordered 150 gallons at $3.69 a gallon 100 gallons should only have been $369

Lifesavers. Forgot to keep tabs on how much oil I had and when I finally did late Friday afternoon it was almost empty. Every place I called was not able to fit me in until next week and Brandywine said the same until I told them I was almost out and would have to call around in hopes of finding someone. The lady I was speaking with put me on hold for a minute and when she came back said they would be out tomorrow for my delivery. Tough to find companies that care nowadays!

Great, no-nonsense oil company. Unexpectedly needing a full tank fill (broken gauge) I called around a number of places. Brandywine Fuel was the cheapest, and I appreciated that they posted their price on the website with no hidden delivery charges or other fees. Setting up the delivery was easy (as a new customer), and the truck delivered the oil the next morning. I was charged (credit card) exactly what I should have been. Other oil companies try to make it so complicated (service plans, rate lock-in, etc.) to hide the fact that their prices aren't as good as Brandywine Fuel.

Wonderful and fast service, WITH the best prices in West Chester. Calls answered and returned promptly. Noticed our gauge was close to E last night after busy holiday season, made a call to Brandywine oil at 8AM today, and had oil in the tank by noon! So glad we switched last season to Brandywine oil! Thanks Brandywine oil for keeping is warm!!
