Hired Brannigan to level/grade an acre of land. The grade was supposed to pitch towards the back corner of the property. Instead, they kept both sides high so when it rains, everything slopes towards the middle creating a washout. When called back to show the issue, Brannigan admits that there's a slope towards the middle. Instead of correcting the situation and grading it properly, their suggested remedy was for me personally to dig a "swell" the length of the acre so that the water runs where I want it to go. I would not recommend this company to do any large grading/leveling project. ***Update*** Brannigan Land Service says they graded at a 1-2% slope directing water toward a low corner.
