My experience with Branscome Paving has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After the Virginia Department of Transportation informed me that Branscome was responsible for the damage done to my vehicle, I spent the past two months trying to get in touch with someone from the company. I reached out directly to James Spencer and Rita Walden multiple times, yet I never received a returned call or any form of response. It’s unacceptable to deal with vehicle damage and then be completely ignored by the company that is supposed to address it. Their lack of communication and disregard for customers is unprofessional and shows how poor their customer service truly is. I would not recommend dealing with this company based on my experience.

It was the last time we working with this company. They charged us $220 per yard of concrete when others companies in Williamsburg selling it for $178. When we called to ask the price lady at the office said I’ll get back to you with all numbers and never called me back. They just robbing people with their crazy prices on concrete! In addition spacing between trucks was 2 hours instead of 30 minutes, and their drivers don’t know how to drive: they damaged asphalt on an edge because couldn’t fit in 20’ wide driveway.

Been here 8 years! Great place to get a 2nd chance at being successful. I was renting when I restarted, now I have bought my house. Was sharing a 20yr old truck with my wife, now we have 3 vehicles. Medical, dental, vision ,vacation and 401k!
