Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday. Caleb came out that day soon after I called. He didn't charge us any extra to come out on a weekend. He fixed our air conditioner and we haven't had any trouble in the two weeks since. I felt the service fee to come and look at the problem was very reasonable. I also like that he charges a flat rate on what he does rather than an hourly rate. I saved his information and will call him if I ever need help with our heating/air. Very grateful he saved us from the heat on a weekend!!!

Live on Indian Point and happy this place was the closest on Google Maps. I called them first and Caleb came out right away. He could have easily convinced me to buy a new unit (mine is 30+ years old), but he recommended I fix this one because it would likely last me MUCH longer than a new one. We discussed effeciancy, and decided that since this is our "auxilary" AC that that was not a huge issue. Bottom line is Caleb could have easily made a LOT more money, but he was more concerned with doing the right thing. Rare find these days!!!

Very honest and very through! He came out at 7:30 on a Sunday evening. He is very knowledgeable and took his time to diagnose the problem with our A/C. It took him a few hours, but he got it running. His prices are very reasonable and I was highly impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. He knows his stuff! Will definitely use him again and refer him to others. When all other places are closed nights and weekends and want to charge an arm and a leg to come out after hours. He came out quickly and charged us his standard rate ( which is his rate day or night). Can't say enough good things about Branson Air Conditioning!!

I called Richard after I got home from work and found water on my hall floor at furnace. he came soon and fixed the problem and put in a switch so it doesnt happen again. nice guy :)

Excellent servIce. I've used them twice now and each time was very impressed. Honest company, quick response time, friendly, and won't try and sell you something you don't need. Very professional.
