I bought a used washer and dryer from this establishment the washing machine went out on me on Christmas day which was only about 3 months after I purchased it I did not go running back and complaining to where I bought it from I figured it was just one of those things so I actually called someone to try and repair it found out it was not repairable so I contacted this place and told them what was going on the owner sent someone out to fix my machine immediately and when found out that it was not fixable completely traded out a different washing machine for me without me even having to ask awesome customer service will only go here to buy appliances from now on would recommend this place to everyone they got customer service down

Would give a zero star but guess I have to give a 1 this place has given us the run around for a week about delivering a washer and dryer that has already been paid for. Keep saying the next day or they don’t have anyone to deliver it. Or won’t return phone calls . Very unprofessional and this is not how you do business. Guess we will be making a call to the BBB. Now it says they won’t be open till Tuesday and we have told them we needed it urgently.
