I wish I could leave them zero Stars the only reason they get one is they showed up on time. THe locksmith they sent had no knowledge of changing home locks. He claimed they were some special pressurized locks which the next locksmith laughed at and changed in no time. He ruined one of my locks which wouldn't even open with my key and didn't tell me.He lost two screws off my main door lock, one inside chamber and one found on floor near vent in my home. luckily the next company I called found them. He also knocked the chunk out of my door frame not telling me and I just moved into this nice home we worked so hard for. EXRREMELY disappointed with the service and the mess they left without even telling me how they messed up my locks very unprofessional.

Great knowledge and fantastic service. Jeff quickly re-keyed a door lock and created a couple of extra keys. It was very reasonably priced, and Jeff was wonderful to talk with while he was working.

Good people, professional & knowledgeable arriving quickly when I’ve had an emergency. I’ll never call another locksmith again. If you are reading this post just go ahead and program the number into you phone so you always have it ready. I love these guys, you will too.

Great phone conversation about getting a key made for my camper. Told them the key code and manufacturer of the lock. They called me back within 20 minutes and said they could make my keys after doing some research. They made me two keys off of the code and they work great.

Kyle went above and beyond what was expected. I was looking for a smart lock and it would have taken possibly a week to get it to him. He knew that I had a customer showing up in 3 days and offered a top of the line smart lock, normally $400. Not only did he get over to my place to install it before my customer showed, he gave me a $100 discount on the lock. I am very pleased with the service & pricing and would definitely use Branson Lock & Key again. (I'm sorry, wrong company and review)
