Quick delivery, but the delivery guy is completely rude! Im seven months pregnant and he was off the hinge because my husband went to grab money from the ATM from cumbys which is literally .4 .miles from my home. He proceeded to tell me I should have the money ready the night before, talking to me like a child; im paying for YOUR service! 380 dollars for a hundred gallons of oil. Maybe give me a time before arriving or a call before hand. My husband works and I have 3 kids to look after along taking care of mt grandfather who has dementia! And the crazy thing is, last time he came, I gave him a tip because again, I had no clue what time he was coming and I rushed my kids doctor appointment to get to him! I would leave 0 stars if I could!! This is the path that they said is not shoveled. I called 2 days ago for heating oil. I called 3x today to confirm they were coming and they said yes. I have no oil and we are expecting a storm. I work from home and my office window is directly in front of my driveway. No one has showed up to “try to deliver” like they claim. Then I was told they have too many people on workers comp to try and deliver. They have been to my house many times before and I do live on a hill. It IS tough, BUT it’s also their job. Be prepared for them to defend their lying drivers!!

We just had an emergency oil delivery- My dogs were horrible and I did not get to thank the men who came properly. Please pass this along to them. We realized we ran out of oil this morning - hours before a blizzard! - we panicked and you saved us. THANK YOU! Stay safe in the storm.

These guys are great, you just need to be flexible on delivery time and leave a check under your doormat if you are not around. You cannot beat their prices and it helps to get to know your delivery guy.

Absolutely trash, customer service all across the board wanted my pregnant wife to shovel snow, even though there was already a pathway for the delivery driver, and then they canceled the whole delivery because I told Jay that they can come back after I made even a bigger path for the driver but jays ego got in the way and said you can find a new place to get oil and hung up the phone.
