I can’t say enough about our experience with Bratcher. We had a generator installed by them and are very happy with it. There was an extremely tedious and at times ridiculous inspection process with the city of Royal Oak and Emily did a wonderful job managing it to ensure we got over the finish line. I can’t say enough good things about this business.

Super nice office staff. Just recently had a new service panel installed and the guys did a great job. They explained everything that they were going to do and a time frame when they thought they would be completed. I’m very particular and everything went great. I’ve dealt with Bratcher Electric in the past and so far have not disappointed. Thank you all at Bratcher Electric for the great service.

Started with a Generac rep from Home Depot who tried to upsell to a larger than necessary whole house generator and listed all sorts of limitations in placement and additional costs for installation…Eric Bratcher came out and quoted us according to what we needed and with a location that was safe and not an eyesore…we saved $5k. From initial phone call, estimate, and installation, they were fantastic. Cannot recommend them enough. (If you are interested act sooner rather than later, they had a 5 month wait)

Had generator starting issue last night. Called 9:00am today and they sent representative out by 11:00 am Lucas is one of the most courteous, polite service representatives I have ever experienced. He diagnosed the issue and was able to correct the problem to his satisfaction without replacing expensive parts. Thank you Bratcher and especially Lucas !!

Our neighbors had a great experience with the company. So, I called to schedule an estimate for a new service entrance, panel upgrade, and whole house generator. Very professional and easy to set up. Mike Bratcher, the owner, came out. He was not rushed, was personable, and he walked though a few general options and answered questions. However, it's now been over 3 weeks without any estimate or contact from them. I left a voicemail with the company, spoke to someone directly to confirm my contact information and let them know I hadn't received the estimate, and I emailed Mike Bratcher directly from the information he gave on his business card. I was really looking forward to working with Bratcher but I'm confused as to what has happened. This type of thing has happened with a few other c
