Unique Repair Services

My stove has been out for three weeks. The earliest Unique could come for a warranty repair was three weeks out. The appointment was moved twice. Tech was pleasant enough, but came Friday with no parts. I was told he would be coming back Tuesday at 8am. Unique Repair called today saying that this repair takes two people and they only have one. I would have to call the manufacturer again because they could not complete the ticket. Seriously?!? It took more than three weeks for that result? I would NOT recommend this company.

Poor Service, non-responsive, and issue wasn't resolved. The technician John scratched my microwave both times he came out and also didn't put the microwave back together properly. The company fails to respond to my numerous calls regarding the scratches and issue still not being fixed.

I have a dryer that is not working properly. I have owned the dryer for less than a year. I reported the problem, early August. I was told the first available technician could not come until September 3rd. Less than ideal however I understand that there was a holiday and people are busy. I marked the day off work to be here and I just received a text message that the appointment needs to be rescheduled to the next available of September 11Th. The company made zero efforts to get someone out here quicker. I feel that I was definitely patient waiting almost a month for a technician. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend using this company.

We couldn't be happier with the repair service on our fridge from Herbert L. He was kind, courteous, experienced and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and what he was doing to address it very clearly. He came prepared with the replacement parts we needed, and got the job done quickly. On top of all that, he is a friendly and interesting person to be around. Thanks so much for getting our ice maker working again!

Herbert was sent out twice and spent over an hour here, but did absolutely nothing to fix our washer rather than admit he was stumped.. GE sent their own tech and it was fixed within 30 mins. Herbert replaced parts unnecessary, instead of admitting he was wrong, while GE fixed it in 5 minutes by removing a metal wire!!!
