They like to accept warranty jobs, and not do the work. They show up with no parts, say they need to order some and leave. Rinse and repeat. Don't work with this company. I have clients whos units have been out for months, they keep saying, "We'll be there tomorrow" and never arrive. Save your self some time and frustration and don't work with them at all.

I received the expertise of Greg after a previous company left me worse off than when I called for help with my AC. Greg arrived on time, was professional, courteous and figured out the probkpr with my unit in a matter of minutes. He explained in detail what the issue was and how he was going to fix it.
