Another fantastic experience with Brax! Two actually. This review is for my snow guards and ++ above & beyond follow up service. Brax installed my Snowbird snow guards two weeks before the big 2026 DMV ice storm. As before lots of great detailed planning from Chris at the sales team and the installers. Then I referred them to my neighbor and they did theirs too. While completing that install between snow storms they inspected my roof, re-attached a fallen snow guard taken out by the big ice storm and they replaced a piece of siding that cracked in the severe cold all in the same afternoon using a piece from the cache of spares I keep in my attic. Brax did an A+ roof and siding install for me about a year and a half ago. I was impressed that their techs jumped right into it after a big job

The final product was done very well…. Couldn’t ask for better results..,, Chris Sousa and Boris were standouts as far as assisting me in making decisions and to address concerns that I may have had….. some common issues did rise but were attended to in good faith efforts by the company…. I have never had this kind of project done before to a property so it was a new experience for me …. It turned out good in the end….., I am pleased with the results and would recommend Brax to anyone looking to upgrade their home appearance and appeal…. Great job….much appreciated….PH

We hired BRAX to replace gutters and fix root tiles. They did a wonderful job. They are very professional. They sent us details instructions about what to expect before and during the repair work, make note about noice and debris. This was very helpful so that we could plan our days around the work easily. The work crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The interaction with the office, payment process and communcation was very smooth and stressfree. They responded to my emails promptly and fixed any discrepencies quickly. On the whole a wonderful experience.

We had our old gutters and downspouts replaced by Brax Roofing. The initial assessment and estimate was timely, courteous, and accurate. There were no typical sales tactics and there was no pressure to make a quick decision. There was a good discussion of options and prompt email follow up. The work was scheduled in a timely fashion and completed without incident. The clean up was excellent. Two very minor cosmetic issues were expeditiously addressed. The final result looks terrific! I wish that we had done it years ago.
