Terrible cleaning company, does not do a good job cleaning. We addressed many issues multiple times and they are still not corrected. We tried sending pictures and the issues are brought up weekly but they still not corrected after months. Be ready to be berated by the supervisor and told that its not part of the cleaning. We end up cleaning our showroom ourselves because the cleaners don't clean. The supervisor visits and doesn't see the issues, because we cleaned so he told us his cleaners did their jobs. Don't take my word for it look at the pictures. If you want you place to look the picture hire these guys.

I wish I had more stars I could give to Braxton Enterprises. They have done an amazing job for our company for well over 10 years. We started with a 50,000 square-foot space which was a combination of offices and warehouse. When Covid happened, we sent the majority of our employees home And moved into a much smaller space which was 12,000 ft.². That also was a combination of office and warehouse. I had not one problem with them. Mario, our contact who worked with me, kept us constantly informed of the supplies (mostly trash bags) that I needed, any issues with turnover of their employees so I could get them the correct access. It was just a tremendous joy to work with. I will greatly miss this partnership as we closed our physical facility and moved everything officially home and our War

The his company project managers do shady business. Tells you everything is included in the proposal and when the cleaning crew shows up, they tell you some areas are excluded. Project manager would not even try to make it right. Find a better maintenance company for your cleaning needs.

My company contracted service with this company for many years prior to my employment. Due to apparent complacency, we reached out to them multiple times to discuss our concerns with services that were not being performed, and requested an addendum to remove a storage room from our month to month contract, as they were charging an extra fee every month for this one room, yet it hadn't seen a broom in years. No response from Mario or Linda, so we were left no choice but to shop new services. Their crews would mess with personal items on people's desks; our desks were not to be cleaned, and they certainly neglected the floors around our desks. A unprofessional sales rep called my place of business and was absolutely rude. Sounded like he truly hated life. I told him we don't use a cleaning service for our building and he told me I was clueless before hanging up on me. Definitely would never use a company with this kind of conduct. Poor attitude = poor service. Beware.
