Brazen Roofing

From the first time we met Chris Stephens he was very professional, answered all our questions, made sure we were comfortable with having Brazen install a new roof. He stood by and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way, from the cost, the delivery of the roofing materials to the install, and clean up. Our experience was great, non stressful, they did what they said they were going to do, no hidden surprises or extra costs. They worked hard and efficiently, Dawson, Raphael, and their team, then Tyler and Jim who installed our gutters. The house looks beautiful! I started this claim about a year and a half ago with a different roofing company who dragged their feet and then had some issues so when my representative Jesse told me that she had switched over with Brazen Roofing, I was so excited. She made sure to honor what the previous company had given me.She even went above and beyond and gave us the highest warranty package. Great experience with this team. Chris did a great job with estimating the work and helped us navigate the insurance claim process easily. The job was executed by Dawson an we could not be more pleased with the result.
