Service Emperor Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical & More...

This is our first experience with Service Emperor. Tersh came out to perform a bi-annual check-up/service of my 11+ year old HVAC system. Afterwards he informed me that the system was working and looking really good with exception of the outside unit, which he indicated had a lot of debris and was very dirty. The unit is now running a lot quieter and not laboring as much after he thoroughly cleaned it. Even though a competitor put in the a/c system Tersh indicated that they did a really good job with the installation. I really appreciated his honesty, candor and straight-forward assessment. In my experiences it's not something commonly found especially when referring to a competitor. In closing, I highly recommend Service Emperor. Top notch service and performance!

Wow!!! Just wow!!! Words and 5 stars aren't enough to describe Service Emporer and their team!!!!! We bought a house in Ellabell, GA. We fell in love with the house and land. We knew the heat pump/ac unit outside wasn't so great. Long story short, the previous owners did not take care/maintenance the air handler up in our attic nor the heat pump/ac unit outside. On my birthday, the blower in the attic quit working...awful noise in attic. And the unit outside was on its very last leg. My birthday was a nightmare!!! Immediately went online. Did my research via Google search ( reviews etc..) I chose Service Emporer based on their great reviews, affordability and we knew we wanted Trane brand. Had a good feeling in my gut. I have had the absolute best experiences dealing with Service Emperor. I have used them for many years for my routine AC maintenance as well as some plumbing issues. They do great work and have very fair pricing. The techs that come out are polite, willing to walk you through their work, and explain everything. I would recommend them 100%. You will not be disappointed!
