Brazilian Best Granite

We absolutely love our new quartz countertops from BBG. Khash Erdene was our sales representative and was really great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of countertops and helped us pick out something that would both look nice with our new cabinets and stay close to our budget. We were able to review the templates before installation and the quality of the work was excellent. We also appreciated how quickly Khash responded when we had questions or requests. Overall, working with Khash and BBG was a very good experience for us. Also, they have a beautiful new warehouse which offers an incredible display of their inventory.

Through our kitchen designer, Lea Yager (Lea Yager Designs), my wife and I were fortunate to work with Tici and her excellent team at BBG Granite for our very long island and countertops. We couldn't be more thrilled with BBG's very organized communication, scheduling process, on-time installation, simplicity in billing and most importantly, commitment to customer service. It was very clear that Tici and her team were committed to ensuring that we were delighted with their product and we absolutely are - we would highly recommend them.

Absolutely underwhelming experience. I met with Jamie and left with a bitter taste in my mouth. The address sent me to a location right next door and that is where the friction started. I had my husband call the rep to clarify the location. He searched through the emails and found the address at the bottom of Jamie’s email signature and wanted to make sure there was no error. He told her I had arrived at a storage warehouse and her answer was very sarcastic… “well we are a warehouse”. Then she said “we’re past the storage place” but offered not details as to how far passed they were or what the building/sign looked like. I've had my quartz tops in for about 3 years now and so far very durable. BBG owner and sales were excellent to deal with during and after install, the installers were awful. The reason I review now is while deep cleaning I found 1 more thing that we had an issue with at install that we caught but missed this. So I'll give the whole experience. As I said the process up to install was super smooth and easy. Install day. 1 smaller top was cut ⅜" larger than their measurements, the installer instead of removing it and asking for it to be cut proceeded to notch my door trim, but not enough. He then tried to slam my stove back into place and dented the front of a brand new stove, BBG made him replace the stove. They also left the sticker with our name on it under the top, visible and caulked. B

BBG Granite is fantastic!! Due to user error (me!!), I needed to replumb my in-wall drain line as after going from a top mount (7-inch deep) kitchen sink to a bottom mount (9-inch deep) sink, I realized too late that the existing drain line was now too high to hook up a garbage disposal! [HINT - do your calculations BEFORE you remodel!!] For us, a garbage disposal is a must!! After mentioning this miscalculation (again, on MY PART) to Khash, and telling him to correct this I would need to remove the newly installed granite countertop, the sink base, and the dishwasher to allow me access to get into the kitchen wall to drop the drain pipe. He very generously and kindly offered to have their people remove the brand new countertop for me and reinstall again after I completed my work... AT NO
