We had Ben from Breathe Pure Solutions come out to test our home for mold after some concerns with air quality in the basement. He was professional, thorough, and gave us clear recommendations based on the results. Fortunately, the mold levels were low—there was no black mold and only minor levels of aspergillus, which definitely gave us peace of mind. Ben didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary treatments like fogging. Instead, he advised some practical improvements to our water drainage around the home, and since making those changes, our basement air quality has noticeably improved and humidity levels have dropped.
