What started as a hail damage insurance claim turned into a major remodel, and they handled every step flawlessly. Rowan worked directly with our insurance company to ensure the claim covered everything, and also coordinated seamlessly with our architect and general contractor to incorporate the custom touches we wanted. We added a metal roof to our porch and extra vents to both the house and barn. Rowan was instrumental in sourcing the perfect materials and colors to match our vision. The final result looks amazing! Justin & crew showed up & got the (excellent) job done at the first opportunity to get me scheduled in. They all did very professional work & were easy to work with. All this immediate attention after 6 years of not being able to get Local contractors to even look at a realistic bid. "They" just didn't want to do the dirty work. Not only did Justin show up to bid the job 1 day after my call - but he really educated me on what materials should be used & why. And yes, the cost was very reasonable, especially for the scope of work to be done. My house is almost 100 yrs old & had 3 roofs on top of the original cedar shingles. It was a real mess. They left my yard spotless & my home is now secure & watertight.

Justin, and Solstice Roofing did a great job identifying, and assessing the issue with our roof where water was getting through. They presented the options that we could take with our roof, and explained everything clearly, including what it would entail.The repair was done quickly, and efficiently with updates provided along the way. They were upfront about cost, provided really good value for the work they completed.Communication was very good, and the whole process was super easy with online documents, and payments.
