I scheduled a duct cleaning appointment after being told over the phone that the service would include cleaning all the vents throughout the unit. However, when the technician arrived, I was told they would only use a single machine through one duct, claiming that all the vents are connected and this would clean the entire system. This was not what I was told during the initial call. I also felt pressured when they told me that if I didn’t go forward with the $99 service, I would still be charged a $49 service fee — even though I only booked the appointment based on the understanding that they were cleaning all vents.
