Here’s a clear, firm review you can post as-is or tweak: ★☆☆☆☆ I called to schedule an oil delivery and was explicitly told it would be delivered by Friday. Based on that information, we planned accordingly. Later, we were informed the delivery was pushed to Monday, leaving my elderly mother at risk of running out of oil. When I called to explain that this was an emergency situation, the woman I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She flat-out said it “wasn’t her problem” if my mother ran out of oil and showed no concern whatsoever. A lack of communication is bad enough, but the complete lack of compassion and professionalism was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company, especially if you need reliable service or have an emergency situation.

Ive been a customer for at least 10yrs and they have become the worst delivery service ever. They changed hands! Called on Monday to schedule delivery. They said at the latest it would be Friday for delivery. Called on Wednesday told me to go get diesel fuel if I'm running low or pay $75 fee but the earliest they could get me is Friday. Called Thursday. Still delivery is on Friday. It should not take 5 days to deliver oil. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Used to be Breezy Park now is Atlas Oil! They suck! Try Elite Oil Service! Gave me same day service!

I have used Breezy for the past few years for my heating oil. When I called to schedule a service, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional because I asked a few questions. I usually call, schedule a service, they charge my card, and it's done. I was told this time that they cannot tell me when they would be in the area. It could be within the week and that they cannot lock me in with a rate. But they would charge my card now and then charge it again on the day of service if the rate changed. I was initally confused and asked for clarification since I have never done business like this with them before and was told by the woman on the phone that the "owner" (female I overheard in the background) said I should go elsewhere. We will never use another heating company! They are always out earlier than expected, even when I call last minute (which is 98% of the time). Great customer service always too! Our family will always recommend Breezy Park.

This is NOT Breezy Park people. They have sold their company to greedy Rhoads Energy. A full on joke is their senior discount program "Senior Citizen Discount If you are over 65, Breezy Park would like to extend to you our Senior Citizen’s Discount. With this, you receive an additional $.02 off our already rock-bottom heating oil prices. Contact us today to sign up!" That is 2¢ total 😆 not per gallon, keep it, and they are consistently 20¢ per gallon more than their competitors. When you call they are rude, when you email they don't answer. Go elsewhere save yourself some money & frustration
