Brennan A/C

Called this company for maintenance in May 2025, as they put a brand new hvac in back in 2020, so at first he said just refrigerant needed... did and first service fee was charged $. 2-3 days later still not cooling and the ac was coming on every 5 minutes, so I called the man who came to "fix" and he instructed me to do a couple of things myself. None of those things were the problem so he said just change the thermostat and I did. All of that was in May of 2025, around November of 2025 the ac was having same problems and not cooling the house, without ac being touched at all. I called again and the service guy came, now saying a list of other things and $600+ fee! Did it, as needed in Florida. My wife and I had our A/C guy for many years who is about to retire, so we needed to find a company for our new home. We were told about Brennan A/C from our electrician, and boy did we luck out. Mr. Patrick Brennan knows his stuff and his team is very knowledgeable as well. He installed our smart thermostat and also a UV lamp which we had wanted since we had one at our old house. These UV lamps helps with mold, and other harmful stuff. Patrick keeps parts in his truck, like these lamps, which saves time and is very convenient. He also serviced our A/C and showed us some tricks to keep the A/C working. Mr. Brennan was very fair with his pricing and made everything work fairly quickly. Simply said... Brennan Air Conditioning is just like our old A/C guy... They know their stuff and we high
