Outstanding cleaning service! Carpets look refreshed and spotless. Staff was courteous, professional, and completed everything quickly.

Called late the night before to change the time window. Assured me they would call when 30 min out. They did not. My “deep cleaning” with shampoo and deodorizing was complete in under an hour. When I came to look it over, I picked up a handful of popcorn kernels and visible pieces of garbage ie: candy wrapper, safety pin. I asked if he had vacuumed & he showed me that his vacuum was very small and doesn’t pick up a lot. It’s now 4 days later, the carpet is finally dry and the whole room smells terrible. WAY worse than it did before having the carpet cleaned. Furious that I paid $200 for this.

The stains are completely gone. Amazing job!

Brentwood Carpets Care is awesome! They recently cleaned our carpets, which hadn’t been cleaned since 2014, and it looks brand new. If you have pets, they do an amazing job getting rid of any stains too. Highly recommend them!
