My experience with KLH Construction was wonderful! As a first time home owner, I had a vision of what I wanted my first home to look like. With the home being an older home, it also needed a few fixes around the house. From the beginning and throughout the entire process, the owner was very helpful and attentive to my needs. They were able to replace my water heater, amongst a few additional tasks. They were also able to complete some much needed cosmetic improvements, such as changing the bathroom flooring in 3 of my bathrooms, installing recessed lighting in the basement, and replacing the carpet in the basement. I’m thoroughly happy with my experience with them and would certainly use them again.

Kadeem remodeled a 30 year old bathroom in my home. The results are amazing! He was clear and honest about his timeline and made me aware of any changes. He was quiet and didn't interrupt me while I worked from home and he maintained a clean and organized work space. As single woman and new homeowner he made me feel very comfortable and offered fair prices. I intend to work with him for future projects.
