Brentwood Flooring America - Cary

I am thrilled with the carpet and installation from Brentwood. Jessica in the store was great in helping us pick the carpet out and communicating delivery. I can't say enough positive things about Pedro that installed it. He was knowledgeable, personable, and the carpet looks fabulous. I was asking him questions about our basement that needs to be done in the near future, and he gave me great advice. I will def be asking for Pedro again for that installation.

UPDATE! Brentwood flooring in Cary installed new flooring on my first floor as well. Candy and Sergio did an excellent job. Sergio is an amazing carpenter! I want to thank David Ivy and the rest of the team for their knowledge and communication throughout the process that was fast and easy!! Great customer service in the Cary store by Angie! Ray and Kevin installed our LVP flooring on the third floor and it looks amazing! They were detailed and left my home very clean. It’s important to choose professionals to make sure the installation is done properly. I would definitely recommend Brentwood flooring in Cary.

Highly recommend Brentwood Carpets! From the start...Angie was great to work with for selecting our commercial carpet. Jason was easy to work with for measuring our space. Stacey was very patient and flexible with scheduling our install! The Cruz team did an AMAZING job with installation! The entire crew was respectful of our space during install and very efficient removing and installing our new carpet. Installation was very thorough and quick! We would recommend Brentwood Carpets! I visited Brentwood in the process of choosing carpeting for another location (meaning I wouldn't be buying here - which I did tell them). I felt awkward asking for assistance in that situation but they put me right at ease and after asking several questions about the application, clarified some questions I should have considered about the material I had initially selected and then guided me to some much better options (better prices but also better suited and better looking!) This was an incredibly useful visit for me. I so appreciate the time and expertise and will definitely visit again when I have a project in the Triangle area.

We were very pleased from the start when we met Wes at the showroom. He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The hardwood installation went very smoothly thanks to Ray and Kevin. Great work ethic, friendly and took care of our home like it was their own. They cleaned up everything. Our floors are beautiful! We highly recommend supporting this local Cary business.
