I've removed all opinions and modified this post to reflect pure fact, which does not meet the definition of "tortious misconduct". The only opinion that I will offer here is that I think that the original, shorter, review was much more flattering than this one. The proprietors of this construction company purchased the 2,000 SF home next to mine and, for more than a year (which factually is a LONG time), had construction crews working on the home. Everything from trash to dog waste ended up in neighboring yards on a regular basis. It did in mine. Can’t recommend Brevard Construction enough! We have been working with them to build our dream home, and they have been so helpful every step of the way. Dave, Kari, Mack and CJ all work together with us to ensure our visions are made reality. This is the first home we have built, and they have made the process smooth and easy for us. Each time we go to the house and check out the newest additions, we are amazed by the quality of work. We are so happy we went with Brevard Construction for our forever home!
