Had a new HVAC replaced in our Tavistock area Viera home (Dec 18, 2025) — it was 12+ years since the house was built. We didn’t want it to go out in Summer so pulled the trigger. Brevard Cooling and Heating did it all in 6 hours and it was an awesome job with a full Rheem replacement inside and out. Matt and Jake did an awesome job! The county inspector said he was impressed with the quality job and how clean it all looked. I have used this company for my 6 month checkups on my old Carrier unit for the last 4 years — so you could say I think very highly of them. No pressure, they just provided me options and I liked the deal they sold me on! Great company and team.

Updated:In 2014 bought a Lennex solar ready AC system with $17k in solar panels. Now is time to replace AC and Brevard cooling and heating does not support my system anymore and Lennex is not selling that type unit anymore. Only choice given was to replace with normal AC unit and disconnect the solar panels then for me go find an electrician to see if I could use the panels another way. FYI I have had Brevard cooling doing AC cleaning and maintenance every 6 months ever since buying the system. Brevard did offer some assistance in helping me with getting a new unit.

Our salesman, Eric, helped us make an informed choice by discussing the pros and the cons of the various systems available. The installation team, Will, Michael and Matt, worked quickly and efficiently. They answered all of our questions along the way and left our house spotless. Our new air conditioner was working before they left. The people at the office have always been friendly and polite. They responded quickly to any questions that arose. Brevard Cooling and Heating has installed 3 HVAC systems at 3 different locations for me and all of them have been excellent! From the start, when Franco came to the house to discuss my needs and pricing, it was obvious how professional this company is! I had a RHEEM system installed recently and the install guys did amazing work. They arrived on time and ready to get to work! They kept me informed during the process and did clean work! After the install and cleanup were completed, they then went over the unit and the new thermostat! In addition to the installs, I have been using BCH for 10+ years for periodic service and maintenance! Their techs are always professional and do a great job!
