This crew did an outstanding job giving us exactly what we wanted! They were helpful, quick to respond, great pricing, and the overall look is just what we wanted! More than all of that, I was grateful this team was respectful, kind, and easy to work with. I will recommend to anyone and use myself again for future projects!

Terrible communication. Promised to start our pergola several different times. Then sent someone that wasn’t capable of attaching brackets to new footings in our brand new concrete deck. Kept making excuses that they didn’t have enough workers. After weeks of this and me complaining about it they subcontracted out. And OMG Dan with Pergola Kits was the man!!! He made Brevard get new wood because they sent inferior pieces. Dan got the pergola done in a little over a week. Meanwhile, when wood and supplies were delivered they damaged stone on my garage. They said they would take care of it but it was months. After us messaging weekly, and excuses week after week, they finally got new stone and replaced. It was a nightmare and I would not recommend this company. My pool company spoke highly
