We had a great experience from the store to installation. Mikhail was skilled and helpful in assisting us in getting the best carpet to meet our needs.

Brewer carpet one in Owasso will not stand behind their work. They installed flooring 8 to 9 months ago and done a good job. We had a transition piece crack and started peeling so we called to get it fixed. Warranty on material and installation right. WRONG. Was told that’s is in a high traffic area and we would have to pay for the transition to be replaced. Great warranty if you never use it. They say we stand behind our work and products we sale. Never use if you walk on your floors.

Robert is super helpful and easy to work with! He makes recommendations based on what we are looking for and offers ideas on what flooring/tile might go together. We have carpet and hard wood flooring from him along with soon to be bathroom tile.

We have had carpet and luxury vinyl planks installed. We worked with Don. He was awesome and we had a great experience with the install. Thanks.

Mikhail is excellent! He came out to the house promptly to measure and then proceeded with quick scheduling for the installation. Communication was excellent as well as follow up. Can't wait to use his business again in the future
