Shane came within approx 1 hr on a Saturday evening to fix my oil burner. He explained everything thoroughly. I cannot say enough good about Shane-Brewster Burner Service.
Incredible service. They always respond. I have called them for both heating and cooling. In the summer, to have my A/C fixed and again recently when our heating stopped working. Professional and courteous.
We live out of the area, and have year-round tenants. Have used Brewster Burner for 15+ years, and its been a wonderful experience. They accommodate my tenants needs in scheduling, and (tenants tell me) are very respectful in the house. A few years back in the middle of a very cold spell when the boiler went (of course that's when it happens!) they had a new one in place very quickly. Responsive and fair, happy I know them, happy to recommend them!
Shane has always been dependable, does a great job, and is a straight shooter. Highly recommend.
