Amanda and her team were nothing short of fabulous from start to finish. We had planned a specific start date months in advance and they were there by 9am on the start date and worked almost every day from start to finish. I am very detail oriented and had a lot of questions throughout the process. Amanda was very patient, kind, helpful and responsive. Overall great to work with. The quality of the work was excellent. My bathroom renovation came out stunning and I am beyond pleased. I highly recommend working with Seabreeze and I look forward to working with them again myself for future projects.

Amanda and team were great to work with - very responsive. Replaced 2 decks on our summer cottages. Couple small issues were resolved immediately without haggling which is key when finding a partner to do this kind of work. Will work with them again!

We have been very happy with both the service and quality of work provided by SeaBreeze Home Construction. The owners, Amanda and Mitchel, are very thorough, fair and knowledgeable. After purchasing a home that needed lots of updating, we hired SeaBreeze to build a new deck which came out great. Mitchel discovered some rot in the existing house member requiring some replacement work. This was accomplished without impacting the schedule. The next project was a full bathroom renovation, which also came out great. We selected and purchased the fixtures and tile. Amanda and Mitchel did everything else, including subcontracting the electrical, plumbing and a minor amount of roofing for the vent fan. We've also had SeaBreeze replace some windows and the shingle siding around them. In

We had a fairly large project and Seabreeze worked with us through the entire process, involving fine-tuning the design plans, demolition of an existing garage and porch; and rebuilding a new garage, mudroom, porch and expanded living room. Amanda and Mitchell are easy to work with, responsive to questions/changes, organized, and attentive to detail and design. Mitchell is a meticulous craftsman and a perfectionist. Their sub-contractors were all excellent - came when scheduled, did their jobs well and were friendly. Amanda oversaw everything making sure everything was done the right way. We are so pleased with how everything turned out and can't recommend them highly enough!!
