Brian's Heating & Cooling

Unfortunately, it was time to replace our almost 15 year old unit. Fortunately, we chose the best company to go with! Everyone involved in the process was kind and knowledgeable. We had our new unit within the week! They did amazing work! Highly recommend.

Brian's Heating and Cooling has been absolutely wonderful to us. Been in a jam a couple times this year and they were here in no time. Mr Jonathan Archer is very knowledgeable and very respectful and knows his work very well. Would love to have him anytime

Such incredible service by Brian’s heating and cooling, it was our first time being served by Brian’s even though I’ve been to their ridiculously nice office multiple times for other things…. certainly won’t be the last, from the customer service, to Wayne the technician that served us, as well as the multiple times I’m over at the office everybody in the front office is always so welcoming and respectful to me, thank you guys for what you do! Truly incredible

Demarkus was our repair technician. My husband explained to him what issues we were having with the heating system and Demarkus listened and diagnosed quickly. He explained thoroughly to my husband what he found and he did not rip us off like other companies do. He provided great customer service and we will definitely use Brian Heating & Cooling from now on for any heating or cooling problems we encounter in the future.

Wayne was very well knowledgeable of the concern and quickly found the problem from past service by Murrywood HVAC miss wiring the unit to only work on emergency heat, I would not recommend Murrywood for any service work. Wayne was very honest and saved me a lot of money, I have spent $2100.00 with Murrywood in 4 visits in the last year, never again. Wayne cares for the customer and explained everything in plain words and I was very satisfied with his repair and advice. I will only use Brian’s HVAC and Wayne in the future for any service work and repairs.
