Best service call ever! I needed locks rekeyed and a digital keypad installed for my new tenants on short notice. The installer communicated perfectly throughout the whole service, was very prompt, and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction even after the job was done! My elderly clients deadbolt wouldn’t latch to lock her door and other than a metal latch it was the only way to lock her door. I called and asked them if they would be able to fix it?
