Outstanding service! We had an issue with our heating unit and they came out first thing over the weekend and got it repaired. They even provided space heaters just in case we needed them. Great company and great employees!

Southern Comfort did a great job. Came out the afternoon we called, gave us a fair quote for the work, and had the work done the next business day before noon. Their tech was professional and on the ball the entire time. Took the time to explain everything to my wife and I and answer all our questions.

Called and let them know what was going on. They had a repair man here the next day. Trevor was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the first problem and gave us a quote to repair and let us know until it was fixed he couldn't identify any other problems. I had plans the next day so had them come the following day to do the repairs. As suspected there was a freon leak that needed fixed. And another quote was given and the price was resonable. Trevor returned the next day to complete the repairs. I am extremely happy with the service we received and Trevor was a pleasure to have in our home.
