Michael did an excellent job with my home inspection. He was personable, professional, and took the time to walk through everything with me in a clear and easy-to-understand way. As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated how thorough he was and how patiently he answered all of my questions. He didn’t just point out issues. He explained what was typical, what might need attention, and what to keep an eye on over time, which was incredibly helpful. The report was detailed and easy to follow, and the entire experience made the process much less stressful. I would absolutely recommend Michael to anyone needing a home inspection.
