I had a dumpster dropped off and on the way out, the truck driver ran into my brick wall. Found Brick Doctor via Google search. Sent them pictures through email explaining the situation and they were able to get me a detailed quote in a couple of days. The 6 to 8 week is a long waiting period but totally worth it. They sent Scott Thurston to fix my brick wall and he did an impeccable job. Friendly and very communicative. Looks good as new and can't even tell a repair was done. The office staff also did a great job communicating with myself and the dumpster rental company to get everything situated. Would definitely do business with them again.

I serve as the Facilities Director for The Village Church. We solicited bids from three masonry companies to make repairs to the masonry on a 1978 building that was in major need of repairs from foundation issues. The Brick Doctor provided the most detailed bid that included hand sketched drawings showing the work that needed to be done. Their price was the middle bid. I'll note it was half of the highest bid and the low bid was so low it was concerning. They originally told us it could be 6-8 weeks, but they ending up fitting us in about 2.5 weeks after we accepted their bid. They were definitely worth the wait and we are glad we went with them. What an amazing company! Scott and Hannah did an amazing job! They matched the mortar perfectly. You would never know a repair has been done. They were timely, friendly, and conscientious. Cleaned after the job. I would never consider another company for this type of work.

Excellent work. The cracks & holes in the brick disappeared because they matched everything so perfectly. Friendly & easy to work with. I would use them again & highly recommend. When I put in new windows I made them shorter. Brick Dr removed aluminum siding & added the brick & matched mortar. Below is before & after pictures.
