Brickyard Building Materials - Concord

Started off well- Good service and communication. However I had a price lock on additional pavers which I had them actually write down and sign. Not only did they not honor that but tried to change the price on material I had already purchased saying it was just a downpayment. Beware doing business with them.

I made the mistake of reading reviews prior to going down to The Brickyard. I was apprehensive about their customer service and purchasing from here. I was so very pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received from Mike, Allen and all the workers in the yard. Everyone was helpful, professional, kind, and friendly. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Don't be fooled by the negative, unhappy customers. This place is fantastic from its selection of products, to the knowledgable and helpful employees. Highly recommend! Thank you Mike for being so informative, patient and kind. Much appreciated.

Last summer we ordered very expensive porcelain pavers from brickyard. We were on a time crunch and were told the ones we wanted were in stock and would arrive on time. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Only half of our order arrived and when we reached out we were told the rest needed to be located… in Italy. We ended up needing to reach out to the manufacturer to get the rest of our order, which took quite some time, and when that arrived it was clearly a very different dye lot. We were long out of time (this is for a business that couldn’t reopen until the project was completed) so we had to just install them anyway even though they didn’t match and were very expensive. Met my contractor at BBM today, Monday at 9 a.m. The parking lot was already full! They have a nice variety of stones and pavers to see as examples in the parking lot across from the entrance of their building. For my contractor, this place as a very large inventory and great pricing! I'm at the beginning stages of designing both my front and back yards, as well as the side yard and driveway. It was fairly easy to order paver samples, and they even have complementary catalogs from different brands. Waiting in line was short, and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They set up the invoice for my samples, I paid, and then picked them up around the corner. There are people driving forklifts are fulfilling the orders, and they will instruct you to pull your vehicle to the right of th
