The staff were all very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them for all your outdoor needs. Fast forward 3 years. All new staff. These guys were very uninterested in helping me. I could write a book on these guys attitude and work ethic. Instead, I'll just say that I'll never go back there. If you want customer service, you won't find it there.

We walked into the Montrose store and were not even acknowledged despite the fact that there were no customers and two guys at the counter that were not obviously busy at any particular task, (not on the phone, not looking at the computer or paperwork). What's up with that? We were there to possibly spend a significant amount of money on landscaping materials and outdoor kitchen products, but not greeting customers or even acknowledging their presence sends a huge red flag to me about customer service. When we exited the store, there was no 'thanks for coming in' etc. etc..... nothing...nada. Won't be back based on this.

They need to update thier hours for Saturdays drove 20 miles for them to be closed at noon instead of 3pm.

I was looking for a specific and unique brick. They cut the bricks to my specifications, and quickly. Great customer service!
