DO NOT USE! I hired them to replace a door on our industrial building. Shortly after the install, the wind caused the door to come off the track. The door is 18' wide and 25' tall, so putting this back on the track is no easy task. It has happened 5 times in the last 2 years, while this never happened with the door that this one replaced. When I told the owner I was told "I should have gone with a heavier door" and he gave me a price of $20k to replace the main sheet. I was never given an option when I purchased this door. They are not the "Overhead Door" brand and I felt like they represented themselves as such. DO NOT USE!
