I am so happy I found Bridges Pest Control. I felt like the bigger competitors where only trying to over sell me on things I didn’t need, but Chris came and was so thorough and seemed to really care about helping us get rid of our pests at a much more affordable price! The next week we found a huge hornets nest on our property and he came back in full uniform and safely got rid of it! Highly recommended Bridges!

Chris was very pleasant and courteous while in our home. He made sure to ask before entering any room even after I told him to go anywhere he needs to. He always kept me informed as to where he was going and what he was doing during his service. Never once did I feel skeptical or uneasy. My dogs were even comfortable around him, like they’ve know him for years or something! Lol. He takes the time to explain his work, which in my experience is evidence that he loves what he does. The Owner Chris was great! From the first call, to the home inspection and then treatment. He listened to our issue and gave great advice and treatment. We also felt very safe as we have pets knowing that what he is spraying is safe for our whole family. We will have him here every 3 months.

Chris is a really nice guy; very friendly and people oriented! He spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me, answering questions before I hired him. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond what other companies offered, to accommodate and offer exceptional customer service. His pricing is less than I had been paying, and he offered more for the same service.

I emailed to inquire about services and prices. Chris was very upfront, honest, and responsive. Chris came to our home for a consultation. He was on time and greeted us very professionally. We told him our concerns and he was able to diagnose the problem area quickly. Chris took the time to go through and show us problem areas and the cause of those problems. He explained different treatment plan options to us. He came back to do the treatment and was fast and thorough.
