" The "poor" experience I had was a result of your employee Shawn who I humiliated me . If I compare your employees caring and service to that of say Joe, at Lowe's in Carbondale, your score is a 0. I appreciate the response however I see no reason to "discuss" your employees response . I still feel that that ladies who are trying to fit in a man's world in the " construction" in the industry are laughed at and feel humiliated.

Absolutely amazing folks! Great to plan your project with and can't beat the delivery. The first call we placed for our decking order was at 4:50 pm and our lumber was delivered before noon the next day. The second call was at 7:30 am on a Monday and we had it by 10:00. Can't recommend them enough.

We just remodeled two bathrooms. We got a really nice 4x4 walk in shower, sinks, cabinets and toilets and faucets from here. Kristen was so helpful. We love everything. The only problem was the carpenter we used. ( If you contact me I will tell you his name) We got new windows and siding from Southside lumber. We love how everything looks.

I got cabinets and countertops from SSL and they look great. I needed one spice rack to be adjusted. I had difficulty getting to the right person and made three calls but after emailing the manager and after he connected me with Dale everything was handled smoothly. Dale was so attentive and went out of the way to teach me a trick about a sliding door that kept sticking which was beyond the call to duty. Nice!
