Unfortunately have had a terrible experience and would not recommend. I’ve seen work done by them in my neighborhood that looks impeccable however it appears you’re at the mercy of whatever crew you end up with. I have a $19,000 roof with sloppy cuts, jagged corners, asymmetry, a mess of silicone, and it overall appears that they showed up without a plan and tried to piece things together despite taking photos via drone months prior to install for that exact purpose. Really disappointed with the outcome and the lack of follow-through on guarantees to come back and fix things despite multiple calls. Larkin came out after the install and was appalled at some of these jagged cuts and promised to come back however after multiple calls, he has not followed through on his word nearly a year late

Professional, helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, fast, friendly and affordable. Very agreeable people and services. Arrived early and worked till finished, checking in with me often to discuss progress, cleaned up jobsite, got with me again for a final inspection and then waved goodbye. I'm very satisfied with everything Briggs Roofing has done for me! Thanks Kip, Miguel and their great crew!

I bought a $20,000 roof and it didn't even last 6 months before the ridge ripped off due to poor installation, and almost half of the shingles were destroyed through the first winter. They didn't guarantee their work and made me pay to repair their shoddy work. Mark Ball was my salesman and he talked me out of the roof I wanted and into a shingle roof that was terrible for the conditions of my home. Update: after 2 years of no resolution and a million promises that they would “take care of us” their solution was that they would sell us a new $27,000 roof. Briggs is the absolute worst. Never work with them!!

Quick to come out and look. Helpful and well informed on what I would need. Feel like the bid was fair and they weren’t try to gouge me. Excited for my new roof

I have had a terrible experience with Briggs. From dishonesty where they said they would give a 10% discount then removed the ice and water shield from the quote to waiting months longer than they said the start would be. The following winter, the roof leaked in the exact place they were supposed to fix. I’ve called them five times over five months and they keep saying they will send someone out but they never show. These people are not trustworthy and do terrible work!
