I am disappointed with this company. They stated the cleaners were in an accident so they cancelled the cleaning the morning of which I was completely understood if this was the case and grateful everyone was okay. However, it took a few days to hear back about rescheduling. They rescheduled for the morning of Christmas Eve which was difficult as I have a newborn and had to adjust my schedule. I wished I would have cancelled all together. I paid extra for a deep clean and my house would not even be acceptable for a regular cleaning. It does not look like they even vacuumed my floors let alone mopped. I ended up having to scrub my floors, tables, and bathrooms myself after paying over $300 plus leaving a very generous cash tip for the cleaners. I even requested extra attention to the floors
