Bright Bay Electric does fantastic work. They are timely and professional. We had two of the nicest guys install our wall charging unit for our EV truck. The guys were very respectful, neat and efficient. The job came out great! I would highly recommend Bright Bay to anyone who needs electrical work done. The owner of Bright Bay is a sharp and knowledgeable person who takes his work seriously. That’s what you need when your dealing with electric.

Called to have them come trouble shoot my dishwasher, I basically had to uninstall it for them, they were not the smartest one of them was definitely a one day apprentice and they charge you for each full price with a two hour minimum which they do not tell you they have prior to booking. For replacing the outlets the said the materials cost $125. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The guy literally said "I don't even know if this is the issue" I also asked them twice to leave everything out from under the sink and they didn't listen. Go some where else service and value here is not worth it. Paid almost $500 for them to not diagnose the problem and replace an outlet on a dishwasher lol.

I had an electrician come in a few weeks ago. He had no idea what the issue was but said he would send an estimate. Charged me 200 dollars and never got back to me. A week later I had an electrical fire. I had to call an emergency electrician to come and he diagnosed the problem immediately. I called to express my concern and I was dismissed. Don’t waste your time with this company.

We’ve used Bright Bay for a few jobs around our house. They come nice and early and do an awesome job!
