WOW! It's been a week and no response from the owner...smh.... Wait and THINK TWICE! Only use this company if you want to redo your floors in another year or two! It is unfortunate that I had to write this review - Nelson, you have been professional and very polite every time we have talked but that's all you have been doing is...talking. Back in 2022 we were doing a reno and decided to use Nelson for a 3rd time - he did floors in two other rooms previously and we were pleased. This job was a bigger job covering about 1700 ft and would cost @ $13, 000 for premium vinyl plank flooring. We did pay an extra $500 for them to even up one uneven spot. I loved my floors when they were first installed but that was short lived. One year in we started seeing the edges of the planks strippin

after reaching out to the Flooring, company, they contacted me back and arrived today they were extremely professional did an amazing job and took about two hours to fix my Flooring,. The installers that we’re here were super professional and the flooring looks absolutely beautiful. The owner called me back immediately and booked a day to come over and fix my flooring. thank you again. I would highly recommend Bright Flooring,.
