I set an appointment four days early. The text showed up and looked at the job but he didn't have the right materials. He left for an hour. When returned he said he had an emergency job to go to and I will have to reschedule. I told him I didn't take a day off work to reschedule. I'm here now because this is the appointment your company set for me. He picked up his ladder and left. When I called the company they told me he was an on-call technician and they had pulled him off to go to another job that was an emergency,( an emergency job is one you can charge more for) they said this is their policy.
