Bright always comes out as quick as they can! Always very polite and they know what they're doing! I have a 30+ year old system that is not even their main brand but they always fix the issue and make it better than it was! Greatly appreciate them, their more than fair pricing, and good people!

My heat would only blow cold air ..... I called Bright Heating & Air and they were able to get me scheduled straight away. I was afraid I would have to pay "through the roof" to get it fixed, but the guys came out & in a matter of minutes they were able to diagnose that it was simply a loose wire. They got it fixed immediately & the charge was very reasonable. They were professional, polite, efficient and best of all .....cost effective! I would highly recommend Bright Heating & Air to anyone who is looking for honesty, integrity & efficiency in a heating and air company.

We needed a new air conditioner and coils. We kept getting different stories what was wrong. We still for 2 months or more have not got air fixed. We don't even get phone calls letting us know when are coils will be here. Not fun living in no air or heat. I was hoping for more understanding and more communication being said to us. Very disappointing.

Great service - The person who answered the phone was helpful and personable. When they had a cancellation she called and they came quickly. Ricky and Derrick were the service people and they were professional, kept me informed, and did quality work. Also, they cost less for better work than a previous service we used.
