Bright Parking

Great location and a safe spot to park right in the middle of Chinatown. We paid $20 for 3 hours. We are not Philadelphia locals but paid more for other parking lots nearby. Male attendant was nice and fair.

BEWARE about the scammers who overcharge and verbally attacks you when you question them!!! Very bad experience. The woman at the parking lot tried to scam money by lying about the parked time to charge more. Very unprofessional and started to cuss when being asked to show receipt for proof of time parked, which was evidence for overcharge.

I only stopped for 50 minutes The woman who collected the money was not willing to return my deposit! Finally charged me for two hours of parking! I will never go to this garbage parking lot again!

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Only parked here because it was near Abacus bank. My dad had mobility issue and needed to close an account. Parked my car there and when it was time to leave they had more cars parked there blocking my vehicle. Lady who collects money was of no help cause she speaks Chinese Mandarin only and was frustrated cause my car was blocked by another vehicle backing up. They had cars parked up against the wall near the entrance of the parking lot. Only had about an inch to 2 inches of space. Was close to ripping another hole at the frustrated lady until her friend (male) guided me out of the way without me scraping my car or denting it. Took nearly 10 mins to finally get my car out of the tight spot and took off. Never again will I park there. I rath

The sign beckons you in with $10 special but when you say you are going to park from 11:30am to 6 it is $25 oh wait, $30...love price by fly Chinatown rate. I should have started to back out to see if the rate changed...even with the flower show going on they had lots of room so bet if I had shopped a better rate could have been found but it was close to Dim Sum.
