Bright star tech

Bright Star was an excellent choice to do the job. A part needed to be ordered and it came in within a week. Once the part arrived Bright Star was at the house the next day. Installation was quick and clean. Great job with no hassle. The techs were pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

Do Not Use this company. Unfortunately I was assigned this horrible company through my home warranty company. The owner who is the only/primary technician is incompetent, rude and unprofessional. He disrespects his customers. Did Not use a mask when he came into my home. Once he was guaranteed the job he became EXTREMELY RUDE and NASTY over the phone and in-person. Ordered the wrong part and instead of admitting his mistake he lied stating that two parts have the same exact model and serial #’s, which is an absolute lie. Also, did not want to take the blame for ordering the wrong item so blamed the home warranty company for ordering the part which I confirmed is a lie. Has the most reasonable price but did not diagnose the issue with my washing machine correctly. I can never trust to use their services again. Paid $65 for the guy to tell me it's a pump (which he wasn't even sure because he kept making phone calls which to me tells me he's either not experienced with appliances or perhaps not this specific machine). Tell me it's the pump and I have to wait until the following week for him to return to replace it. No written estimate or anything. We proceed and he replaces the pump. That that doesn't fix the problem. His boss (the owner I presume) tells me he's away and can come the following week to verify it's the MOTOR that needs replacing. I cannot wait another week. He compensated me by not charging for the pump but how do I know or trust that he didn

Terrible service comes out tells u something else is wrong with the dryer you have the issue fixed that he claims was wrong but the dryer is still broken now wants me to pay another service call fee even though he did nothing the first time SCAM

I accommodated the request from them to move out the appointment by 1 day and I was nothing but helpful to them by providing all the information they were looking for. They were assigned to assess my leaking washer by Choice Home Warranty for a "second opinion" . The individual did not open the washer or do any thorough evaluation. He had 3 other appointments that he was in a rush to go to. For his report pictures were taken out of context where I showed him how the washer was leaking from the bottom and then coming through the floor in the basement. He took the easy way out and blamed it on the plumbing so that he didnt have to open up the washer and CONFIRM like the other technician prior to him did. There are NO Plumbing issues. He was talking to his manager in a different language and
