Giving a shout out to thank Clint Thompson for the work he did restoring my lamp that I had stored away for several years and not knowing that it wasn't working or who to call, a lighting store referred Clint to me and I'm glad I followed up on her referral because I am so very pleased to have the lamp back and working again, and better looking than when I gave it to him. Today I contacted Bright Works to arrange to bring a lamp in to be fixed. The light bulb socket had come loose and I was unable to fix it. I got a call back within a couple of hours and the technician walked me through fixing it myself! Great service.
